The Story
Brady Hartsfield, the Mercedes Killer, has been in a vegetative state since Bill Hodges stopped him. Or so everyone thinks. In reality, Brady has developed telekinetic abilities and is using them to commit murders by proxy, driving vulnerable people to suicide through hypnotic suggestion. Hodges, now terminally ill, must stop Brady one last time.

Considerations
Genre Shift
Some fans of the first two books' grounded approach may be disappointed.
Heavy Subject Matter
Suicide is a central theme and sensitively handled but still difficult.
Final Thoughts
End of Watch is a satisfying conclusion to the trilogy, though the supernatural elements may divide readers. It's classic King - full of heart, horror, and characters worth caring about.
